Written by the children of Ida Fredman We are herewith notifying relatives and friends that the Lord in His all-wise providence has called home our beloved mother IDA FREDRIKA FREDMAN.
She fell asleep, still with her trust in Jesus, in her home on May 18, 1928, at the age of 63 years, 3 months, and 12 days. She was born in Västergötland, Sweden, on February 16, 1865. She journeyed to America with her parents when she was 6 years old. She married Carl Fredman on June 8, 1892. The marriage was blessed with eight children, five sons and three daughters. Three sons have preceded her in death (gone home), along with her mate, who fell asleep on September 21, 1920. She lived first in Lowry, Minnesota, until the year 1899, when she and her family moved to Spruce Hill, Douglas County, Minnesota, where she has lived ever since. This godly and good mother will be deeply missed by her children and nine grandchildren. She leaves to mourn two brothers and four sisters, along with a large host of relatives and friends. The hope of seeing her again remains.
